REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY and ACTION BASED

GUARANTEE

Client has 7 days from first payment to request a refund of any paid monies per the terms of our Action Based Guarantee. This must be done by writing to Support@Amazing180.com
no later than midnight of the 7th day. After that time, no payments will be refunded at any

time for any reason. Client must have completed the following simple activities to be

eligible for a refund:

Complete the Welcome lesson

Attend their Orientation Session

Attend at least 1 group coaching session

LIVE EVENTS TERMS & CONDITIONS

We do not offer refunds for Live Events or Retreats, but transfers/exchanges will be honored.

If we cancel a live event, we will apply your payment to a future event of your choice. If you

cannot attend an event you have paid for, we will allow you to apply your payment to a

future event or you may transfer the registration to another person, but will not offer a

refund.

PROGRAM PAUSE POLICY

We know that life brings some challenging situations. Our goal is to empower you to reach and maintain your goals even during the toughest times of life. We encourage you to stick to the program when life gets tough, however we understand that extreme situations may occur. If you need to pause your participation in the program due to an extreme hardship or personal situation, we allow up to a 90 day pause. Please reach out immediately to
